Maybe there could be additions with this such as certain Structures and doors that are above water exclusive such as #2 - The ability to create a pad like the Neptune one but purely to create a base on top of so you can have an above water base away from the islands, aka. Space that the cyclops might need if it did the whole turning animation like the moonpool when you go the wrong way. * Could possibly dock from either direction that you approach it (as long as coming in longways in comparison to the long structure) thus to minimise the A docking tube/compartment will then come out from the structure and connect to the Cyclops. There would be a new structure (maybe as long or longer than the moonpool) that has 4 guidance clamps that attach to the Cyclops when it parks over the top. #1 - An obvious idea and surely not the first time mentioned, but the Cyclops and a docking bay/procedure.
